The Human Resource Business Partner is a high impact role responsible for building trusted relationships with key executives and managers and having direct accountability for the HR outcomes and results. In this role, you will be raising the level of strategic HR focus throughout your scope of responsibility, partnering with business leaders on HR initiatives and driving employee engagement and business performance through strategic human resources management and processes.
