Production Associate, Assembly (Fremont Factory) - (Fremont, CA)

The Role Production Associates participate in the development and application of Tesla s Production System for the construction and assembly of Tesla vehicles, components, superchargers, and other products. Production Associates are also responsible for participating in the regularly scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the production equipment, including but not limited to equipment used in the Paint department. The perfect candidate has a proven record of success in hands-on assembly and the application of production systems in any type of manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication expertise are an absolute requirement to establish effective working relationships within Tesla and outside. Excellent attendance is crucial for the team to achieve success.
