Hours for this position will be Monday - Friday from 8:00am - 4:30pm; 2-3 times a month evening hours are required which are 11am-7:30pm; no weekends required Purpose: Assist physicians with various aspects of patient care (including clerical, environmental, and organizational tasks) ensuring patient satisfaction. Responsibilities: Answering calls and providing pertinent info including patient education as directed. Check schedules and organizing patient flow.
