The Auto Club Group (ACG) provides membership, travel, insurance and financial services offerings to approx nine million members and customers across eleven states and two U.S. territories through the AAA, Meemic and Fremont brands. ACG belongs to the national AAA federation and is the 2nd largest AAA club in North America. Primary Duties and Responsibilities (details of the basic job functions): Responsible for marketing and generating new insurance sales as well as being a professional advocate for all insurance related needs. Respond to all customer inquiries and requests with a high-level of customer service. Determine the insurance needs of the customer through the probing process, offers a proposal with the appropriate insurance coverage/protection solutions. Achieve a balance in production to meet agency business and growth objectives by maintaining an appropriate mix of business.
