Job FamilyAccount Implementation Position overview SummaryServe as subject matter expert in all areas relating to Quality to the Account Management Department. Review daily quality, answer questions, conduct research, assist with leading training, perform audits & establishes reporting for all Account Management quality related needs. Builds strong working relationships with both the Account Management department, as well as other TEB departments, to ensure business needs are met.Job details Responsibilities Investigate problem situations to determine root cause of issue & determine appropriate resolution needed to correct problem. Analyze and categorize cause to track occurrences to determine opportunities to avoid future occurrences. Establish strong working relationships with Account Management managers, regional CRMs & AIS teammates to ensure quality is meeting appropriate standards.
