The V.P.-Controller/HR/Finance role is a leadership position with financial and human resource management responsibilities. The V.P. is responsible for managing the accounting and human resource duties of the business and participating in business development initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES: Directing the accounting department to deliver day to day, monthly, annual and strategic activities which support the business plan. Accounting Duties: Financial reporting, Operational accounting management and back-up, Process Procedures and Control and Misc. Period end financial reporting, operational oversite including processing all bookkeeping duties as back-up, maintaining procedural controls and other accounting reporting functions. Development of efficient accounting processes with internal controls, documentation of processes and maintenance of accounting system. Team participant in development of business analytics: Operations and Financial.
