We are seeking a Manager of Pricing to work in our head office in the greater Indianapolis area. As the Manger of Pricing you are responsible for providing a consistent approach and strategic thought for the pricing of products. You will own the pricing process and developing strategic pricing recommendations to be presented to senior leadership. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Conduct rigorous analysis and modeling based on key pricing inputs to develop optimal pricing recommendations Lead and direct pricing strategy formulation and take necessary pricing actions to enhance profitability, ensuring integrity and accuracy in all pricing matters. Synthesize analysis and present recommendations to senior management which maximize profitability Identify and highlight key strategic considerations surrounding large pricing requests. Assist with pricing negotiations of customers' proposals
