Electrical Engineer - (Hershey, PA)

Job Location: Hershey, PA Summary: Independently performs nearly all assignments with instructions as to the general results expected. Receives technical guidance on unusual or complex problems with supervisory approval on proposed plans for projects. Supervises engineers or technicians on assigned work. May be responsible for all phases of a large project. Responsibilities: Engineering Leadership: Demonstrated expertise to serve as a team or project leader with high degree of professionalism. Provides direction to Reese Plant electrical specialists, computer support, and electricians for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all plant electrical systems including equipment trouble-shooting, power distribution, motor control, and network/data security for the support of all plant operations. Main plant contact to provide direction to IS/IT/Network Operations/Security groups. Responsibility to react quickly when plant downtime occurs. Recognized leadership with supplier companies and internal customers.
