Marketing Analyst - Senior - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Description UPMC Health Plan is growing its Market Intelligence team and is seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst to provide leadership and support to the primary research team. This position is located in downtown Pittsburgh at the U.S. Steel Tower, and leverages strong data collection and analytical skills to synthesize market research into actionable deliverables that will help UPMC Health Plan to pursue its organizational objectives. Aggregate, analyze and synthesize market data into communicable deliverables, provide value-add commentaries that will help guide strategic business decisions. Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of primary research projects from initial evaluation of research objective, recommendation of methodology, coordination of field work / data collection analysis and reporting. Extensive background developing survey questionnaires, focus group screeners and moderator guides. Background using on-line research platforms, specifically Qualtrics, to develop on-line surveys and reports.
