Manager - Marketing & Product Development - (Madison, WI)

Overview The Manager of Marketing & Product Development position provides the strategic direction for marketing tactics and initiatives that support the TDS consumer and commercial five-year strategic plan for all business units. This responsibility includes leading a Marketing team to drive sales across all product lines and ensure brand consistency across all tactics (nationally and locally). This includes determining needs for and overseeing relationships with external media buyers and advertising agencies. In addition, this position leads the cross functional Marketing team meetings that include Product Management, Marketing, Digital Operations, Public Relations, Field Marketing and Sales. The objective of these teams are to develop, execute and monitor promotional offers and processes that directly impact the tactical sales efforts to meet sales goals.
