Promotions Manager - (Scottsdale, AZ)

JOB DETAILS The Promotions Manager is responsible for lead generation quotas and team tour goals for the designated Sales Center(s). ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Meets budgeted lead generation and tour goals for specified Sales Center(s) in the designated region. Oversees mall, theatre, and lead generation programs to ensure cost and quantity goals for each location are being met. Develops, implements, and rotates promotions concepts to prevent stale and saturated programs and market. Develops and manages new and existing business partner relationships with car dealers, mall/theatre managers, and other partners. Finds, negotiates, books, plans, manages, leads, and supervises OPC events for designated Sales Center(s) to meet tour goals. Hires, trains, manages, counsels, and terminates Promotions teammates as needed. Oversees drivers for Promotions team. Ensures mall/theatre, and lead generation locations are well maintained and leads are collected in timely manner.
