Clinical Laboratory Scientist - Quality Control - (Healdsburg, CA)

Full-time Clinical Laboratory Scientist needed in the beautiful Sonoma County of California! Join 1 of the nation's largest drug and alcohol testing laboratories. This position is in the Quality Control Department. M-F 8am-5pm shift. The Quality Analyst will perform hands-on laboratory work for preparing chemical standards and reagents used in analytical testing methods for drugs/steroids in biological matrices. The analyst will be responsible for preparing all calibration solutions, control solutions and other buffers and reagents used in the analytical process. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for maintaining the inventory of all standards, controls and reagents, ordering new standards when necessary, and establishing control ranges to ensure a smooth operation of the production laboratory. The applicant must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
