Outcomes Researcher - Oncology - (Spring, TX)

Designs studies, analyzes and reports pharmacoeconomic and disease management info at the request of internal and external customers. Provides hematology/oncology clinical analysis ability to pharmaceutical manufacturers, managed care, US Oncology corporate departments, physician and clinical leadership. Conducts comparative effectiveness, pharmacoeconomic and health outcomes research. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, to include the Code of Ethics and Business Standards. Works independently and under the supervision of the Lead, Outcomes Researcher. Writes proposals, protocols and establishes effective timelines for delivery of studies. Researches and performs critical and statistical analysis of medical and scientific evidence as the basis for disease management guidelines, P&T Committee actions, and Pharmco Economic comparisons of cancer therapies and regimens.
