Payroll Specialist - (Hanover, MA)

Excellent Contract Opportunity 40 Hours Per Week? Mon-Fri 8:30-5pm * Assist in preparation and execution of biweekly payroll * Assist with timecard administration including timecard review, reporting, and corrections * Processing new hires and terminations * Ad hoc payroll processing including tax and direct deposit changes * Respond professionally and timely to incoming phone calls, emails and/or faxes. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES * 2-4 yrs of background in payroll administration preferred * Candidates who are qualified must have superior verbal, communication and management skills. * Expertise to operate independently in a time sensitive environment. * Proficient technical skills are critical, including Word and Ms excel * Background with ADP and/or Oracle is a plus * The individual applying for this position must be able to work in a multi task environment and understand the confidential nature of the department's purpose in the Bank. * Bachelor's degree preferred.
