AP/AR Assistant - (Goleta, CA)

Position title: AP/AR Assistant Department: Accounting Reports To: Staff Accountant ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include but are not limited to the following: * Post AR invoices in SAP * Match packing slips to POs and vendor invoices * Post vendor invoices in SAP. * Compile invoices and match to checks issued in weekly check run. * Prepare mailing of checks to vendors. * File all journal entries and maintain AP files. * Maintain all Fixed Assets files. * Prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation. * Prepare weekly cash flow forecast based on SAP data. * Assist in preparing monthly reports. * Assist Finance team as and when required. REQUIREMENTS 2yrs' hands on Accounting background AP and AR. Understands General Ledger entries. Detail oriented. Ms excel proficient. Effective communication expertise.
