Senior Consultant BCBSA Governance & Strategy - (Jacksonville, FL)

This position is remote. Position summary This position provides support to ensure Guidewell/Florida Blue's effective engagement, participation, and influence in the BCBS Association's (BCBSA) governance process as a means of influencing the Blue System agenda and policy in ways that support or enable the achievement of GuideWell and Florida Blue business strategies. Effective Plan interaction, partnership, coordination, communication and linkages between Guidewell, BCBS Association, Consortium Health Plans (CHP) and Blue Plans is a critical requirement of the role. Responsible for leading or supporting internal assessments of BCBSA strategies, programs, policy recommendations, or escalated business issues and ensuring appropriate integration/resolution within the enterprise; Serves as internal BCBSA/Blue Plan liaison and Blue System subject matter expert; the primary function of the role is applying specialized knowledge and skills as an exempt-level individual contributor.
