Maintenance Technician - (Seneca, SC)

Arbour Valley Management, LLC has an immediate opening for an experienced Maintenance Technician with background in HVAC electrical, plumbing, painting, make units ready and sheet rocking. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for preserving and maintaining the physical facilities and grounds within the community so they are safe and aesthetically appealing to residents and prospective residents. Duties and Responsibilities: Provide service to residents in a prompt and professional manner. Provide repair and maintenance on all apartments in a timely fashion. Complete daily work orders timely and accurately. Follow-up on work assignments for efficient, thorough completion. Responsible for off hour’s on-call duties. Make bi-weekly inspections of the community and report all issues to the property manager as a part of the preventive maintenance program.
