Required functions Deliver on-the-job training on our Point of Sale system to all associates and volunteers during every event Provide refresher courses during the check in process prior to doors opening for an event Ensure that all associates and volunteers are knowledgeable of the necessary steps for applying the Season Ticket Holder Loyalty discount at each point of sale.
