Technical Trainer - (Mt Vernon, OH)

Logical Imagination Group is seeking an individual to join our team! We are a consulting, training and development firm (founded in 1990) who works with 30% of Fortune 500 companies as well as non-profits, government organizations and small businesses. We seek an entry-level technical trainer who has great communication expertise and enjoys teaching technical classes (on-line, video and classroom settings). Specific job functions: Deliver presentations and technology/business training (in-person and on-line) to customers. Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts and apply tested instructional design theories, practices and methods. Define, develop and maintain technology courseware for classroom, virtual and e-learning delivery and manage all aspects of instructional design across platforms. Work with a wide array of eLearning tools, including Captivate, Camtasia, and Storyline to create and maintain training deliverables.
