Ticketing Specialist - (Irving, TX)

SNI Companies is looking for Ticketing Specialists for our hospitality client in Las Colinas. This position will assist company employees from around the US with questions related to Human Resources including Payroll and Benefit questions. The perfect candidate will have excellent customer service skills along with past ticketing or help desk background. DESCRIPTION: The Ticketing Specialist is responsible for processing employee requests, maintaining employee records and ensuring all requests are completed in a timely manner. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Process incoming questions, concerns * Provide support regarding requests * Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure correct service delivery * Provide additional Customer Service support for general questions regarding Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits REQUIREMENTS: * Knowledge of Microsoft office suite products, Microsoft word, Microsoft excel
