Assists Director in the administration of the activities of the Catering Department as it relates to supervision, training, establishing standard procedures, communications between departments, and the consistency and quality of the product and services provided to the customer. Meets with clients and prospective clients to determine needs and plan and create menus and functions. Accordingly prepares and writes contracts for client functions.
