District Leader - (Greensboro, NC)

IH Services, a rapidly growing Facilities Maintenance and Building Services provider is currently searching for an experienced leader and manager. This leader will support multi-facility maintenance/janitorial operations with multiple individual account locations in the North Carolina, Virginia and nearby locations. Each of these locations will be a mix of industrial, manufacturing, distribution, health care and commercial office customers. The perfect candidate will be based in and around the Greensboro, NC area. He or she will engage and communicate with the client’s leadership on a regular and consistent basis to identify and resolve issues as they arise while seeking the highest level of service delivery. This is a high profile position that requires exceptional communication expertise, a strong work ethic and the ability to solve problems and make timely and effective decisions that support the most positive customer background.
