Loan Administration Specialist - (Geneva, IL)

Loan Administration Specialist This position will report to the Chief Credit Officer and will be responsible for providing accurate and detailed loan administration support and servicing functions within the stated policy standards of the bank. The position will entail a wide spectrum of duties which include; credit file maintenance, tickler monitoring (consumer & commercial loans), scanning, assisting clients, answering and directing telephone calls, and providing occasional support to the Senior Documentation Specialist and related Operations Staff. The primary function will be supporting the loan department staff in managing credit files and the collection/processing of client loan, financial and credit details. The applicant will be an integral part of the loan department team. The applicant will perform a variety of duties including: Maintaining credit files / scanning documents. File Maintenance will require daily correspondence and follow up with clients.
