Position overview Position SummaryThe Merchandising ASM is responsible for all inventory, merchandising, sales and customer service activities in departments such as Lawn and Garden, Electrical, Plumbing, Hardware, Tools, and Pro. The individual in this role leads a team of associates who work closely to ensure the store remains in-stock and customers receive quality service while shopping in a clean and safe store environment. The Merchandising ASM is accountable for achieving sales and margin goals while driving operational efficiencies and maximizing overall customer satisfaction with the Lowe s in-store background. In addition, the Merchandising ASM is expected at times to provide full leadership over the store.Job RequirementsThis is a salaried role generally scheduled for 48 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the business. Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week.
