--- POSITION TITLE: Client Manager REPORTS TO: Director of Personal Lines EXEMPT/NON-EXEMPT: Exempt DIVISION: Horton Personal Insurance GENERAL DESCRIPTION - Summary The Client Manager provides high level services to clients. It will also include the servicing of new and renewal accounts in keeping with Agency goals. Maintain strong client relationships by providing high level of client service and advice. Min of seven years' background. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND Assignments include the following. Receive phone calls and office visitors regarding changes to existing and or new policies. Determine acceptability and placement, make recommendations, complete applications or endorsements requests and collect premium where applicable. Inform, educate and make recommendations to clients about policy coverage, changes, exclusions and insurance coverage needs Handle all client, producer, and insurer service requests Maintain and develop advanced knowledge of underwriting and rating procedures for all types of policies.
