Jr. Insurance Defense Associate - (Erie, PA)

National litigation law firm seeks junior-level attorney for a direct hire role in their Erie, PA office. Firm will train attorney in specific practice area (insurance defense). Attorney will be exposed to firm's tremendous Insurance Coverage/Bad Faith Litigation practice that includes some of the following: Workers' Compensation Reinsurance Professional Liability Aviation Health Care Management Qualifications: Member of the Pennsylvania State Bar Min of one year of law firm/in-house background Must be able to work on-site, full time in Erie, PA Preferred: Provide advice and counsel regarding activities or operations in light of relevant regulations. Provide advice and counsel regarding relevant insurance regulations, and regulatory compliance. Review, draft and implement policies, guidelines, playbooks, compliance manual, and procedures based on regulations. Investigate and evaluate info such as facts/law, and search pertinent sources such as public or personal records.
