Provides staff with direction and support necessary to maximize sales results. Responsible for achieving sales goals. Ensures that each customer receives an equal and specified level of service to achieve customer satisfaction. Responsible for executing store operations in absence of Store Manager. RESPONSIBLITIES & DUTIES: Solves customer service concerns by providing creative solutions that are in the best interest of the company while providing the customer with a satisfactory outcome. Develops skills through coaching, counseling and training of sales staff. Establishes individual sales goals and conducts monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews to increase individual sales performance.
