Payroll and Financial Services Lead - (Winchester, VA)

The most important responsibility of the Payroll and Financial Services Lead will be to perform and oversee the payroll function. In addition, this position will assist with daily activities associated with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. There is the potential that this position will grow into a supervisory/manager of all Financial Services role depending on applicant skill set and business need. Key Duties and Responsibilities: This is a working-lead payroll position, responsible for the successful processing of payroll for 1,000 + employee organization. Develop command of payroll and timekeeping systems and resolve issues as they arise. Manage the relationship with ADP and other related vendors to ensure all issues are addressed and resolved in a timely manner. Assist with daily functions of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Assess, design, and implement adequate processes to ensure work of the department is accurate, timely and complete.
