ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced applicants on behalf of our Client who is hiring for the following position: Title: Regional Manager - Multifamily Job Id#: EB-231187XXXX Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of up to seven conventional communities; approx 2000 units Supervise Property Managers in assigned portfolio including interviewing, scheduling, hiring, training, team building, and enforcing company policies and procedures Oversee all operations of a portfolio of multifamily communities Possess a thorough understanding of the new development and lease up process Understanding and appropriate use of property management software, training staff on same Develop property budgets, ensuring proactive management Oversee rent collection procedures are followed Maximize ROI and NOI on all properties Ensure that property expenses are reviewed frequently and effectively managed to adhere to budgetary guidelines
