ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced applicants on behalf of our Client who is hiring for the following position: Title: Community Association Manager - Portfolio Job Id#: EB-127075XXXX Position duties: Manage a portfolio of homeowner associations Provide services in line with contractual obligations Conduct inspections of assigned portfolio and enforce rules and restrictions as required Carry out Board of Director instructions Manage association business as directed and in compliance with regulations, association covenants and legislation Solicit for bids; negotiate with vendors on behalf of the Board and manage projects Make appropriate recommendations to the Board in a timely manner Finalize reports for distribution Attend Board meetings as required Job Requirements: 3+ years background managing a portfolio of homeowner associations Proficient in Microsoft office Suite with expertise to learn new software easily
