The individual will collaborate together with attorneys to manage personal injury cases for our clients. Our ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter who takes initiative to achieve team goals. Essential Duties &Responsibilities* Obtain, review, and organize medical records Prepare, calculate, and maintain damage summaries including medical expenses, lost wages, and property damage Log daily mail Prepare and forward medical records to insurance carriers and defense counsel Communicate and correspond with clients regarding case status Prepare check requests, maintain check records, and mail checks to vendors Prepare disbursement summaries *Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the critical functions.
