Field Supervisor, Electric Utility Test & Commissioning - (Augusta, ME)

This position reports to the Director, Construction Management and is responsible for technical supervision of the Northeast Regional Construction Management Department (herein after referred to as the "Department"). The following are additional responsibilities: construction management support in areas of technical complexity; perform billable work for clients within areas of ability; serve as 1 of the interfaces for the department with clients, other company departments, outside consultants, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers on technically related matters. Responsible for ensuring field employees are adhering to safety and quality standards, resource planning, training and mentoring, and coordinating project assignments. Direct Reports to This Position -- Ten to Fifteen professional staff positions including but not limited to Construction Managers, Construction Inspectors and Field Construction Coordinators of varying degrees of background.
