Compounder - (Port Jefferson Station, NY)

We are currently seeking Compounders in the field of cosmetics. Applicants who are qualified in the role will be responsible for accurate weighing, checking and mixing of specific chemicals for product formulations. Responsibilities: This is a direct hire opportunity Monday- Friday Starting salary: 45K-50K based off experience Full benefits first shift opportunity Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Skills: Additional assignments include but are not limited to: -Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs -Will be responsible for monitoring a variety of mixing equipment and the accurate documentation and maintenance of production logbooks and records. -Will be required to read, interpret and follow all departmental and company standard operating procedures (SOP's) -Will support all cleaning and sanitizing functions occurring in the manufacturing and cleaning areas
