Job ID: 44619 Full/Part-time : Full time Regular/Temporary : Regular Department Department of Athletics - Sports Medicine Responsibilities Responsible for assisting in the formulation of policies and procedures to assure max care and safety in the physical conditioning of student-athletes participating in activities and sports sponsored by Florida State University Intercollegiate Athletics; has specific, direct involvement with the Football program. Coordinate a preventative conditioning program for student-athletes within assigned sport and develop rehabilitative and conditioning therapy for injured athletes. Perform injury assessment/evaluation, administer treatment, and/or provide referrals. Assist in the supervision of athletic training students working with/on student-athletes and coverage of athletic training services for year round practices, home contests and away contests.
