Position details : Hair Stylist Job responsibilities: Provide Fantastic Guest Service Acknowledge and greet all guests in a friendly, prompt and courteous manner Provide thorough consultations to determine needs and provide solutions Integrate product recommendations and retail sales into each service Meet or exceed individual retail and productivity goals Promote referrals and business building practices; encourage guests to return Uphold Excellence Standards Adhere to salon dress code, including appearance standards for hair and makeup Demonstrate professionalism in behavior and interactions with others at all times Keep workstation and salon tidy and in compliance with salon specs at all times Maintain standards for growing a profitable salon and reducing waste Be a Collaborative Team player Attend all required education events and workshops Complete assigned housekeeping duties; including, but not limited to stocking and cleaning
