Summary Performs routine maintenance and repairs throughout the facility. Responsibilities Performs routine maintenance tasks. Responds to hot/cold calls, changing out lighting, minor repairs to equipment, routine plumbing calls, replacing ceiling tiles, minor window and roof repairs, and conducts daily rounds of the facility to maintain a safe environment. Assists other trades when additional help is required. Requirements: Education Required: High-school degree or equivalent required. Preferred: Graduate of trade or vocational school in related position Background Required: Two Years background with a contractor or work in another type of trade.
