Facility Engineer - Fort Worth - (Dallas, TX)

The Facility Engineer will be managing the building of a new industrial facility from the ground up. Facility Engineers are responsible for the design, installation, operation, maintenance, modification, construction and modernization of physical facilities and equipment (power, water, waste water treatment, chemical distribution, air abatement, piping systems, HVAC, lighting, space utilization, etc.) used to produce quality products. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Develop conceptual designs for equipment and system expansion and/or upgrades. Identify and implement electricity, water and gas savings measures using operational data to justify and verify the savings. Interface with utility provider to forecast usage and rates for water consumption and sewer discharge. Interpret regulatory codes for compliance (local, state, and federal). Modify existing equipment and systems for the purpose of improving efficiency, safety, reliability, capacity and cost effectiveness.
