Data Analysis Engineer - (Lehi, UT)

Overview Data Analysis Engineers are responsible for improving processes by analyzing fab electrical and manufacturing data. Additional assignments include, but are not limited to: Completing all required safety training and conducting all work in accordance with IM Flash safety policies Analyzing parametric trends and troubleshooting shifts Conducting data mining and investigating yield issues/excursions Analyzing variances to highlight deviant or mismatched tools/processes Performing final electrical and inline data correlations to drive yield and performance improvements Creating data analysis scripts/tools Analyzing split lots and process material deviations Providing data analysis support for the Fab Collaborating with other PI engineers to drive business process alignment Requirements Understanding of semiconductor processing and device physics Proven expertise to communicate and present technical material effectively Advanced understanding of SPC principles PC skills including Microsoft office suite
