Director of Engineering - (Cleveland, OH)

The Director of Engineering is responsible for all Engineering including design and performance data management and management of a Mechanical Designer who supports those efforts. The Director of Engineerings work supports Sales and Manufacturing to enable the company to meet revenue, shipping, quality & profitability targets. This role reports directly to the company's CEO.Key Duties and Responsibilities are: 20% of time will be spent on design engineering tasks Create and manage technical details on products to ensure quality, consistency and efficient production. This includes but not limited to: technical specifications for manufacturing, performance and quality checks, user manuals, customer facing performance data.
