YOUR ROLE * Manage, monitor and provide 1st level of support to issues from logistics systems or process * Spearheading the process of moving a change from development to production. Test and deploy customizations, interfaces or enhancements supporting Sales and Distribution. Prepare and maintain change control and validation documentation. * Actively participate in - and sometimes lead - the development of processes to capture data and extract data in usable formats.
