Maintenance Supervisor - (Pittsburgh, PA)

Description McConway & Torley, LLC, a leading manufacturer of railcar coupling devices in North America is searching for a Maintenance Supervisor in our Pittsburgh, PA plant. As a Maintenance Supervisor at McConway and Torley, you'll assist the Superintendent and manage the operations of the plant relative to maintenance. What you'll do: * Manage and develop hourly staff, Ensure PM’s are being done * Manage the department that would allow for 90% or better uptime * Manage the departmental cost, Assist with planning and installing new equipment * Manage continual improvement in the maintenance area, Establish a “5S” philosophy within the department, Be professional when conducting business for the Company * Be knowledgeable of the Company’s ISO program
