Product Training Manager - (Lewisville, TX)

OVERVIEW Overhead Door Corporation is currently seeking an Instructional Designer/Trainer to join our talent development team. If you possess strong professional presence, consultative and collaborative leadership, program management, and solid facilitation skills and are interested in equipping teammates to enable sales growth through product related training, we’d love to talk to you! In this position you would primarily partner and collaborate with our marketing and product development teams to design, develop, and deliver training programs that apply the best practices of adult learning, and instructional and visual design. Your programs could include content for e-learning, documentation and classroom delivery. A current knowledge of storyboarding, technical communications, graphics and video development is a plus. Responsibilities (What you’ll do) Designs, develops, and delivers curricula, documentation and other training materials to support Instructor led and/or on-line training.
