Training Coordinator (WS) - (Winston-Salem, NC)

POSITION OVERVIEW STATEMENT: The Training Coordinator provides support to all departments under the Industrial Trainer through the development, implementation and maintenance of all training programs as they relate to manufacturing in the Winston-Salem facility. The Training Coordinator will develop systems to ensure consistency and integrity of employee training and certification. The Training Coordinator ensures employees are provided with accurate and effective work instructions and other documentation critical to the performance of their jobs and in compliance with FDA, GMP and other regulatory agencies. DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES: * Main point of contact for operations toolbox program. * Supports department supervisors & managers to ensure SOP training of all employees is kept current and in compliance * Author SOP’s as directed by Industrial Trainer * Stays informed of and keep current all relevant skill and requirements requirements
