About The Program Our Outpatient Services Program provides initial assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy services, which helps maintain continuity of care for members within our community. This program will have behavioral health treatment teams that are fully integrated with primary care to treat the whole person in an efficient coordinated manner.
