Regional Human Resources Business Partner - (Ogden, UT)

Purpose of Job The Field HR Representative is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and working closely with corporate HR and regional management in supporting the geographic region of Utah and Grand Junction, CO. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation and employment law compliance. Essential responsibilities * 50-60% travel expected (within designated region) * Administers and implements various human resource policies and procedures. * Provide high quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues (to Site Managers, District Managers and above). * Handles all employee relations (employee complaints, workplace investigations, etc.) * Participates in developing and achieving department and regional goals and objectives.
