As a key member of our residential property management team, the Service Technician interacts daily with our apartment community teammates and residents. Qualifications : Intermediate to advanced knowledge of apartment building maintenance Appliance repair/installation of refrigerators, dishwashers, stoves and more HVAC skills. Background with wall heaters a plus. Plumbing skills including work with showers, drains, dishwashers and sink and toilet replacement Electrical skills including work with breakers, fixtures, outlets
