General Laborer - (Watertown, WI)

Job overview Our client in Fort Atkinson is in need of several Production Associates for contract jobs lasting 1-three months, with excellent potential to become temp-to-hire . These positions will offer ample overtime. There will also be opportunities for some employees to transition into machine operator roles if they display the mechanical aptitude and a good work ethic. Position duties: Responsible for loading and unloading metal parts from a paint line. Frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs. Anything heavier than 50 pounds will be lifted using a team lift. Responsible for monitoring coverage and quality of painted parts. Some associates will also perform assembly duties after painted parts come off of the paint line. Shift: first Shift: 6am-2pm, Monday-Friday, Overtime as minimum experience: HSD/GED equivalent or higher (to be hired in) Must be able to read a tape measure and perform basic math. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to shoulder height somewhat repetitively throughout the day.
