Commercial Teller Sr - (St Louis, MO)

What You'll Do: - Evaluate workload and required tasks in reference to each position in order to meet expected deadlines. Make recommendations to management regarding any changes that may be needed. - Conduct or assist with surprise or out of balance audits. - Verify cash transaction adjustments outside of acceptable teller adjustment limits. - Adhere to and promote staff adherence to all UMB Bank and Cash Vault Procedures and Policies. - Provide feedback to immediate Manager regarding workflow, processing issues, staff issues/conflicts/productivity, etc . - Provide new and on-going training to associates within multiple roles of Cash Vault. - Provide coverage and leadership in Managers absence. Maintain professional conduct and attitude at all times. - Notify customers of deposit differences over set thresholds. - Research processing errors as needed. - Perform daily preventative maintenance on equipment. - Other duties as assigned.
