Analyst - (West Haven, CT)

Position overview Description: • Manages all financial aspects for Facilities and Building Projects and Space Management at the UIL companies o All SAP transactions: ¿ Create and track though the procurement process all Purchase requisition ¿ Manage all purchase orders and track status of them o All SRM activities ¿ Assist Manager with the Tender process • Manages and tracks all invoicing and purchasing cards • Maintains and create variance reports of Opex and Capex budgets • Reports to Manager, Facilities Qualifications: Education and background required: • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline (Business Administration, Accounting, Management, Finance, Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering) and at least 1 year background. An Associate's degree with a min of 5 yrs of Business related skills or 10 yrs related business background with HS/GED degree may be substituted for a Bachelor's Degree. • Current knowledge of PCs, Microsoft office applications.
