Porter - (Sugar Land, TX)

Position summary Dolce Living Rosenberg is seeking a full time Porter/Make ready Technician at our apartment 324 unit community, located on 7145 Reading Road, Rosenberg, TX. They will need to be able to repair homes for future move -ins along with keeping the grounds, swimming pool and other amenities clean and in good working condition. The role of the Porter/Make Ready is to work under the direction and coordination of the Property Manager and Lead Service Technician. The Porter/Make Ready Technician is responsible for keeping the grounds and common areas in immaculate condition, getting vacant apartments in market-ready condition, assisting the Lead Service Technician, and performing other duties as specified by the Lead Service Technician and/or the Property Manager. This position necessitates you to work adjustable hours/days. The Porter/Make Ready will provide exceptional customer service within the guidelines of Pace Realty Corporations policies and procedures.
